A new rage in bodybuilding is the
supplement called NO2. I decided to buy the book they sell with the product
at GNC called the 21 Day Transformation for $1. GNC is very expensive
compared to other nutrition stores but NO2 is only sold there, for $80.
After reading the book I decided to go try the supplement. The book was really
good for weight lifting information in general.
It is supposed to have a
Hemodilator effect which widens the muscle tissue / veins and allows more to
flow through. This effect did not come through until very late in the 21 day
cycle. Also perpetual pumps, the pumps are supposed to last up to 8 hours
after a workout, never happened for me. It also has a cell signaling effect
which tells the muscles to "use" more of the protein in your blood stream.
Scale is 1-10, 1 being it does
nothing and 10 being its next to steroids
Overall: 7.5
If you are going to try this
product you need to buy 2 bottles for it to work. That is a hefty amount
unless you know somebody on the inside of GNC. There are plenty of knockoff
Nitric Oxide products on the market now such as NOX2 but I am unaware of how
good they are. Supposedly only NO2 will have the cell signaling effects.
