Before you workout, try eating a meal a couple of hours before you're workout. The food starts to digest and becomes energy that is ready to use. This is much better than eating right before as many hate working out on full stomachs.

 

 

 

Need a good meal to eat for a couple of hours before you're workout? Go to the weight gain meal section

 

 

Also, about 30 minutes prior to or even on the way to the gym drink an energy drink like Red Bull or drink a VPX Redline RTD.
